Job experience:

I have been almost everything in the IT-area including computer specialist, system designer, project manager, team leader, salesman, sales manager, daughter company president, division manager, CEO and board member in knowledge companies.

I have good experience of Information systems especially those used by the management and staffs of larger companies and organizations, I understand their way of work and information needs.

1996 - 1996 Marketing and Sales manager and partner. Freeside was a Swedish Internet Consultants company. We developed the search engine and portal Euroseek

1995-1996 Sales rep. for manufacturing and service industries at ISE-Data, now Symbol, selling services and equipment in the automatic ID and portable computing area.

Idilator Information

1988 - 1996: Vice president, president and partner. Idilator was a partnership improving the control systems in larger complex organizations. The company had a numberof, mostly american, software agencies and was an IBM and Digital partner.

At most it had 50 employees in Sweden and Denmark.

Datema

1986 - 1988 Vice Group President of Datema AB and manager for Division Information,Datema´s, cross industry large account division including all international activity.

Round 170 employees.

1969 - 1986 President Datema Industri AB, later Datema Information AB. Datema

Information was Datemas large account sales and development company with

round 65 employees. Before that I was system designer, system analyst, project

manager, salesman, development team leader, etc.

Applications: Logistics, order entry systems, sales systems,

EIS, Group reporting, Budgeting etc.

Datema Information had subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and

Norway.

Languages

My native language is Swedish even if at a time I preferred Portuguese.

I speak and read English well (negotiate etc), get along in Portuguese, German, Norwegian and Spanish. I understand Danish, French and Italian.

Education

Recent courses in e-business, Internet and IT development tools, methods, tools and technologies.

A number of courses in strategic planning, board procedures etc at Stockholm Business School.

A number of sales and management courses as the swedish institute of corporate management’s 6 week top management course.

Lots of EDP training; programming languages, project management, data communication etc in total more than 15 months.

EDP at The Royal Institute of Technology/Stockholm university 1968 - 69.

Master of Science in metallurgy, with business and economy as subdirection at The Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm 1969.
